Release Summary
The latest MESI mTABLET update brings faster performance, smarter workflows, and improved usability across apps and modules.
Modules now connect automatically for a quicker start, while updates to the Vitals and SPIRO+ apps make daily work even smoother.
You’ll also find new tools like the non-HDL cholesterol calculator, extra display options, and the ability to limit access to selected users for better security.
This release also includes several performance improvements and fixes that make MESI mTABLET more stable and reliable than ever.
New Features
Faster module connection – All modules can now connect automatically when you log in. Enable this option in Module settings to speed up your workflow.
Custom BP inflation – In the Vitals app, you can now set your own maximum inflation pressure for blood pressure measurements.
SPIRO+ new report layout – A redesigned single-page spirometry report offers clearer graphs and easier interpretation.
SPIRO+ LLN values – The Lower Limit of Normal (LLN) is now included in the results table for more informed clinical decisions.
UDI display – UDI data for all connected modules is now visible in the Module settings menu.
Non-HDL cholesterol calculator – Added to the SCORE2 tool to support cardiovascular risk assessment.
Single-User Mode – Limit access to specific users for greater data security.
Comment visibility – You can now disable comments in Advanced settings.

Clearer toe pulse waveforms for more precise caliper positioning.
The Worklist app is now listed first in the menu and can be set to open automatically.
Updated spirometry engine for better performance and stability.
PWV warnings now show which leg is affected when ABI values are outside the normal range (<0.9 or >1.4).
Support added for Active Directory usernames with special characters.
