Product Manager

Job Position Description

- Product lifecycle management: Leading the development of new products and services within the MESI mTABLET ecosystem, from concept to market launch.

- User needs research: Regularly gathering insights from the field through visits to healthcare facilities, interviews with doctors and analysis of user experiences.

- Innovation and clinical value: Upgrading existing products and introducing new features that improve workflows in primary care.

- Cross-departmental collaboration: Translating user requirements into technical specifications and working closely with developers and UX/UI designers.

- Market strategy and positioning: Analysing the market and competition, defining input requirements and determining pricing strategies.

- Compliance and regulation: Participation in certification processes for medical devices and software (MDR / ISO standards).

Requirements

- Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in product management or the development of electronic/medical devices.

- Expertise: Knowledge of the IT industry, health technology (HealthTech) and wearables.

- Technological and analytical tools: Experience with Jira, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office. Basic knowledge of statistical analysis.

- Education: A minimum of a VI/2 level qualification is required (preference will be given to degrees in natural sciences, computer science, electrical engineering or management).

- Language and communication skills: Active knowledge of English (written and spoken) and excellent presentation and communication skills.

- Personal qualities: Accuracy, reliability, initiative and an eye for detail.
