We are looking for Front-desk assistant to help support our team and manage operational tasks.
Position tasks:
Accepting phone calls, customers, postman mail
Accepting visitors, customers and hospitality service
Receive documentation, documentation scanning, editing and digital archiving
Basic accounting of received documentation and preparation of bank payment orders (xml)
Editing and monitoring internal purchase orders, various accounting tasks
Records keeping (payments, accounting program Panetheon, ..)
Keeping the administrative records and meeting minutes
Managing records of fixed assets and inventory of equipment
Implementation of logistics processes and shipment management
Processing student salaries and editing students’ personal files
Ensuring smooth processes in the company (employees care, ordering office supplies and coffee, solving problems with work equipment, monitoring and managing the massage schedule, care for MESI bikes, etc.)
Carrying out document certifications for sales processes
Assistance with administrative projects
Other work and tasks in accordance with the instructions of the management and the workplace
