Job Position Description

• Ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and upgrading of the IT infrastructure at HQ and branch offices.

• Collaborating with external IT partners and coordinating projects.

• Collaborating with the information security team (ISO 27001).

• Conducting security testing and crisis scenario simulations.

• Resolving technical issues and providing support to employees.

• Installing, configuring, and updating software and hardware.

• Monitoring the performance of IT systems and proposing improvements.

• Participating in the development and implementation of projects, including those in the field of artificial intelligence (AI).

• Maintaining technical documentation.

• Various administrative tasks for related systems (Gecko, Business Central, Azure, etc.).

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or Associate’s degree + experience)

• 3–5 years of work experience in the IT field

• Knowledge of:

o Microsoft Office tools

o planning tools (Jira, MS Project)

o IT security, legislation, and processes

• Active knowledge of English

• Class B driver’s license
